A leading construction and development organization is growing at a rapid pace with number of construction projects across residential, commercial and big format malls in the pipeline. The organization needed a Project performance dashboard for management oversight and faster project implementation.

Solution/Service:

I2m defined the service deliverables for the Planning and Monitoring Cell along with this a series of training intervention were conducted to equip their personnel on planning and monitoring processes. I2m facilitated creation of standard project plan templates optimized to control the projects without getting into granular details of construction site related tasks. Microsoft EPM system was deployed along with mapping pilot projects into the system to develop capabilities in the Planning cell.
